Determine length of oligonucleotide

In general, what length of oligonucleotide would be sufficient to amplify a single unique sequence–that is, what would the minimum length have to be in order for the oligonucleotide sequence to be present only once in the genome if every possible sequence were equally represented? To simplify your calculation, assume that all bases occur with an equal frequency. Express your answer as an integer.
