a. _3__: the region of DNA at which RNA holoenzyme untwists double-stranded DNA to form the open promoter complex.

b. _7__: the DNA sequence that first binds to the holoenzyme at the initiation of transcription.

c. _____:  the first region, or part, of a gene to be transcribed.

d. _____: this region of the gene, when transcribed, will cause the process of transcription to end.

I am not sure if the answers I have already are correct. I am just struggling to understand my professors notes so I could really use some help answering this question.
